Today, afternoon tea on our Winter menu is a quick and easy apricot oat coconut slice. We know your children are going to love it so we have tracked down the recipe and adapted it to make ten serves.
Not only is this delicious snack quick to prepare thanks to its minimal cooking time, the recipe can also be made into Bliss Balls for a slightly different approach. However, the key part of this dish we like most is the fact it’s also a vegan friendly recipe so can fit into being served to a broader range of dietary requirements.
