Your child is unique - and so are we

At our centre we strive to bring the magic of children into everything we do. We provide a unique research-based approach to early years education to grow a love of lifelong learning in every child, from babies to school age and beyond, and to help them reach their full potential.

To do this we provide a variety of incursions and excursions for your child which enrich our  curriculum, based on Australia’s Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Our play-based approach is proven to engage children.  At our centre we also plan activities around our Healthy Children framework, to provide your child with variety in their daily routine. The Healthy Children framework is built on six key themes of Minds, Bodies, Food, World, Families and Communities, and these are customised at each centre by our educators and team by responding to what our children and communities show the most interest in.

The Healthy Minds program focuses on building emotional confidence, improving foundational learning and growing self awareness. As part of this program children may take part in yoga, language classes, and STEM subjects just to name a few.

Our Healthy Bodies program introduces children to important principles relating to physical health and wellbeing. Opportunities here may include group sports, nutrition, dance, and outdoor play.

We support our Healthy Bodies program with a link to Healthy Food which focuses on nutritional links between what we eat and our overall health and wellbeing. To do this a centre may offer cooking classes, in-house cooks, fresh food excursions, and vegetable and herb gardens.

Our educators also understand that in order to lead a healthy life, children need to be able to walk alongside a Healthy World. Our Healthy World program looks at conservation, environment and sustainability, and the role we can play in these areas. Children get to take part in exciting sustainability projects, gardening, and human rights awareness.

We can't do it all without you though, and that’s where our Healthy Families and Healthy Communities programs come in. Healthy Communities focuses on building community belonging and contribution. While Healthy Families speaks to developing emotional confidence, social connectivity and appreciation of the family unit.

To learn more about what your child will experience at our centre, we’d love to invite you to visit us for a family tour, or to participate in a ‘stay and play date’, where you and your child can participate in one of our activities.

Questions to ask on your family centre tour

When touring childcare centres for the first time it can be overwhelming.

As the saying goes, ‘first impressions’ count, but taking the time to ask deeper questions and really find out what your early education and childcare centre has to offer you and your child will always be time well spent.

Day for Daniel

Across Australia, we are recognising Day for Daniel as part of National Safe Work Month. Day for Daniel is Australia's largest day of action to help raise awareness of child safety, a cause that’s close to the hearts of all our Centre Managers and educators.
